All players at the levels listed above play in the CCJBA league - which requires travel for "away games" to neighboring towns like Tualatin, Oregon City, Clackamas, etc. Players are placed on teams based on assessments that group together players of similar skill levels.

There are three levels within the CCJBA - Federal, American and National, with separate Cleveland teams formed at each of those levels as long as we have enough players / head coaches. See JBO FAQs for more details.

Practices start the first week in April and usually last for 2 hours on two weeknights/week, usually either M/W or T/Th. For American and Federal teams, a 2 hour weekend practice is typical as well.

Games are played starting in late April and the season can end anywhere from late June through mid-July, depending on the level (National, American, Federal) and whether teams qualify for District or State tournaments.

SOFTBALL: 10u, 12u, 14u

Cleveland Youth Softball plays in the CCGSA league - which does require travel to neighboring towns throughout Clackamas County. Players are placed on teams based on age level across 10U, 12U and 14U teams.

Practices begin the first week after Spring Break and usually last for 1.5 hours on two weeknights/week, usually either M/W or T/Th. Practices are typically held at Westmorland Field 4 or Sellwood Park Field 2 (furthest from the parking lot).

Games are played starting in late April and when they start take the place of practices. Weekend practices may be scheduled at the coach's discretionRegular season games end the week of June 1st.

All teams from the CCGSA will play in an end of season District Tournament June 6th & 7th, 2026. This is a very fun weekend for our Warriors softball teams, where they get to battle it out for the District Championship...a great way to end the season!
