Welcome to the Cleveland Youth Baseball and Softball Board of Directors page.
Cleveland Youth Baseball and Softball is an entirely volunteer-run organization and that includes all of our board members.
The responsibility of the board is to provide fiscal accountability and tracking, make programmatic decisions for the league and provide ongoing oversight and operational support. The board follows the league bylaws which are available below.
Anyone is welcome to join the board. There are varying levels of responsibility and time commitments depending on your role.
The board meets the third Thursday of the month for a regular board meeting that lasts from either 1.5 - 2 hours on average. We are currently meeting via Zoom, with quarterly in-person meetings.

The league's registered name with the Oregon Secretary of State is Sellwood Junior Baseball. We are currently using Cleveland Youth Baseball & Softball as a DBA.
